DH and I spent almost a week in Anaheim and did two days at the Disney parks, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm and a day trip to the San Diego Zoo. I get motion sick pretty easily so the ride was torture for me. Also tried the butter beer and was disgusted but it's just one of those things you have to try for yourself as part of the experience. Sightseeing, kayaking, swimming, etc. One of those less than an hour away from Orlando is Blue Springs. Disney World is DISNEY WORLD. </p> <p>Disneyland is 65 acres. Disney World is about 30,000 acres! As for the discussions about how you can spend a week at Disney...yeah, maybe not at Disneyland, but have you people ever been to Disney World?! There's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, 3 water parks, mini golf, Downtown Disney which has tons of stores, restaurants, Disneyquest, Cirque du Soleil, etc. You can visit different hotels and watch animals on a Disney-created savannah, learn how to hula dance, go on carriage rides, check out the Boardwalk which has awesome entertainment, sit around a campfire and to make smores and hear stories, rent different kinds of water vehicles....I could go on and on and on forever.
