I tried my Diva Cup just after 3 months pp (3rd degree tearing + episiotomy) and it hurt too much. I'm 7 months pp now, and I haven't tried again, but I got an IUD so my period is really pathetic now. OMG ouch! It was so painful! I had an episiotomy and I am hoping I just need to heal a bit more down there. Has anyone else faced this pp? Does it get better? </p>
