Semi-homemade costume - found yellow rain pants from LL Bean, I dyed a button down shirt today from Old Navy, and made a tie out of felt. Now I have to work on the hat this week and I may possibly try to find brown boots he can wear all winter, but not a deal breaker if I don't find anything.
