So yeah, you would create the image to be 11x14 and 300 dpi, they should both be part of the screen when you make a new image.</p> <p>You can use gimp (and I assume pixlr, although I don't know what it is) to create things from scratch, they were just originally designed to edit photos but it's not all you can do.
