If it's a boy we are gonna do a Dr Seuss themed nursery and I'm thinking these fabrics for the chair... if it's a girl it's just gonna be super feminine, lol. Mrs Lemon-Lime is right the chair is a bit snug and upright. My DH isn't a fan of it but I think it will just ensure he doesn't fall asleep with the baby in his arms lol. I did see a review of the chair online though saying it was really nice for breast feeding because it did offer support and you didn't have to fight so hard to hold LO up. The same poster said her friend had traded in her expensive cushy Pottery Barn chair because she was sick of struggling to get out of the chair with LO peacefully asleep in her arms. I found the base on eBay at a good price and we are going to make a trip to ikea soon to buy the chair.
