@Bao: Rats! I got mine a few years ago. These are super cute, but not sure if they will clash with your floral binder.

@SweetCaroline: I was looking for dividers with pockets and couldn't find any! I looked at Target too. Sounds like you have a nice set up!

@Bao: I had the cardboard / Manila dividers but they only lasted a year or so. Now I just have these sticker divider things that attach to a plastic sheet.

I have one! I got dividers with pockets. I have: appetizers, poultry, meat (beef/pork), sides, vegetables, breakfast and desserts. I put tried & true recipes in clear sheet protectors. If they come from a cookbook or a magazine clipping or something, I type 2-3 per page. If I get it online, I just print a nice copy of it.

The pockets on the dividers are the best. I put recipes in there I want to try. It's great because it doesn't junk up my "good" recipes, but it makes it easy to try a new appetizer, breakfast item, etc.

This has done wonders for my meal planning organization! I think I got all my supplies from Target. The dividers are a heavy plastic-y material.

I made one years ago in an effort to get DH to help make dinner :-) Ours just has dinner recipes but this post has inspired me to put the rest of our recipes in there too! I used clear plastic sheet protectors for the recipes and it's held up really well. I used a regular binder with a see through cover and stuck in a pretty sheet of paper.

I've looked at some on Pinterest, but was wondering if anyone here made their own recipe book/binder. What did you use/include in yours? I'm in the beginning stages of planning mine out. I bought I nice 1.5 inch floral binder but that's it so far. I want to pass it down to my kids so I want to put thought into it.
