<description>&#60;p&#62;I think I'll jump on this bandwagon :-) I'm gonna go big and throw out two things -- I want to do SOME form of exercise each day, whether it's lengthy or just a short five or ten-min video (thank you Fitness Blender for the quickie videos). And also 15 min of cleaning a day. I recently started a new job that gives me lots more time after work (my schedule shifted five hours) so this is great for ensuring I don't just waste that extra time. Thanks for the inspiration!

&#60;p&#62;I actually decided to make it 2 part for me (because why not make life harder  :silly: )  My original goal was to walk daily and I still want to try that one but I decided to try to do a Magical 30 days (Sept has 30 days) for my son I made a list of activities from baking to outings and hope to do one each day as well.  Its a way to have fun and be in the moment with him daily I feel as well as great for my photography I hope!  Along the way we have some special events anyway, a wedding, a trip the amusement park with his aunt and uncle as a belated birthday gift, etc so its not all on me in the end too  I hope this works

&#60;p&#62;Aim to have a daily to-do list that takes up no more than a single 3-inch square Post-It Note.  It forces you to prioritize what really needs to get done that day and reduces your stress and anxiety so that you keep your daily expectations at a reasonable level.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I think the ritual of sitting down in the morning and writing up 1 post-it with my goals/list for the day would be super helpful to me.  Tomorrow is a new day with a new Post-It, so I won't worry about the laundry list of things that need to be done.  Today I will be happy if I go the store, organize ONE of my messy junk drawers, stop by the bank, and mail those bills.

One of mine was to do at least one chore per day after work. This was just for one week. A week! The first 2 days were good. Then my definition of &#34;chore&#34; got a bit more loose. Put away one item of clothing? Chore done! Haha. Fail.

<description>&#60;p&#62;all you 15 minute-ers: I read some research (somewhere) that a timer greatly increases outcome for people who are doing things like this. Like set the time for 15 and give yourself permission to stop when it is over. It (supposedly) decreases your chances of being sidetracked or avoiding whatever you were setting the timer for. @TemperanceBrennan:  @Mae:
