Usually DH does the bath (actually takes a bath with him) so he's toweling himself off, etc. and I do the rest, though DH comes in and helps with the PJs/lotion etc. Sometimes I do the bath and DH does the rest. He almost always giver her her nightly bath, then it's lotion, pj's, sleep sack. He calls me in to nurse her right before we put her down. Lately if I nurse her before her bath, he just does everything. I'd say in her 7 months, I've given her maybe 7-8 baths, DH has done the rest. Then we kind of split duties (he would do bath, I would lotion and diaper, he would dress him, I would nurse him to drowsy, he would rock him to sleep). As long as we're both home it's a team effort. DH does the bath while I get the bottle ready. I wrap up LO in his towel and bring him to his room. While I do the baby massage, LO will hold and drink his bottle while DH dries his hair. Then we both put his jammies and sleepsack on. Then we both say night, night and I love you and DH puts LO in the crib.
