Coughing so hard I thought I cracked a rib, and a low-grade fever. I remember waking up with a sore throat and telling DH and being like, that would not be good. And he said, why? I stared daggers at him. Um, because I'm supposed to be having a baby soon? </p> <p>The day before I went into labor, I was so tired I napped all afternoon, seriously took a 4-hour "nap" that night, then woke up, brushed my teeth, and went to bed. I ended up needing a z-pack to get rid of it. Thankfully it cleared just in time for my induction at 40+1. Or maybe they're just hopeful inquiries from full-term women who are coming down with something. Did you experience sinus stuff/sore throat/that type of thing before going into labor? What symptoms did you have? Did it turn out to be due to labor or did you just happen to get sick at the right time?</p> <p>(I reeeeeally want to believe I'm not getting sick the week of my EDD...seems like it would make for a potentially miserable birth experience) </p>
