I don't know what source or study she is referencing to back it up though or if its just anecdotal. </p> <p>Note: almost 5m here and still no rolling or attempting to roll. I always thought that girls hit speech milestones faster and boys hit gross motor faster. But it doesn't seem to be the case within my circle of friends. My DD definitely hit her milestones (all of them) faster than my son. Crawling, pulling up, waving, smiling, talking, self-feeding.... She's been at least a few months faster than my son. </p>
