It was pretty non-noticeable for the past few years, but is back with a vengeance in my 3rd trimester.</p> <p>I recommend fiber gummies (i like cvs and walgreens generics), lots of water, wet wipes, and glycerin suppositories if you know it's going to be a rough .. expulsion. I have the Earth Angel Mama Baby Spray &amp; Balm for moms - I like it better than Prep. I have a feeling it'll never go away :(</p> <p>drink lots of water and use tucks. It's very soothing. I do like baths with herbal mixes.</p> <p>Also - this stuff is AMAZING. I used it pp and it's so soothing, but I also used it during pg for hems and it helped immensely: New Mama Bottom Spray by Earth Mama Angel Baby. It helped relieve the symptoms AND made it shrink! I suffered from hemmorrhoids during both pregnancies and I noticed that after using Prep H, they went away much faster. The witch hazel pads were just for comfort (relieved itchiness and felt nice and cool). I would give Prep H a try! I totally helped me so hopefully it'll help you too. Mine was an external one so I put a small gallop of the cream on my finger and applied it directly on the roid. I did this 3-4 times a day. I've been able to get over them with both miralax and benefiber. The first time around I also did medicated suppositories but I didn't have to do that the second time. I didn't even know what it was until I googled descriptions. It doesn't really hurt or itch, but I'm pretty aware of it and am wondering how to make it go away! Everything I've read online says to eat more fiber, drink more water, exercise, etc, but as far as I can tell, that will only prevent future ones, not shrink this one. Have you gotten a butt nugget? Do you have any tricks to make it go away? How long did it take? We don't have a bathtub, so sitz baths are out...and I thought skin tags were gross...HA! </p>
