I would say yes. I have a bugaboo bee (which is considered a light-weight stroller) and we STILL ended up buying an umbrella stroller (Gluxe). For $20 I say go for it!

Big fan of umbrella strollers. I've had a UBV and sold it when the kids were getting bigger and our needs changed. Besides our jogging stroller, our umbrella strollers get the most use. If you have space for it (which is likely since they fold up so compactly), I'd say, go for it! Especially for $20! That's a steal.

I have the UBV and recently bought the G-Lite. Like @Foodnerd81 said, I didn't need it until LO was around a year. That's when I felt more comfortable putting her in a less structured stroller. I love it! It's sooo much easier getting it in and out of the car and navigating it in stores. And it takes up a lot less space in my car. I still use the UBV for long walks and if we were going somewhere with a lot of stroller time, I'd bring the UBV.

So-- no baby yet, so I'm not speaking from experience, but I would think eventually you will want a smaller lighter stroller for quick trips. I'm planning on an UBV as well, and I'm excited about it but I imagine down the road (after 6+ months) I'll want something lightweight to carry on the bus, or travel with, or take to a crowded store that is nearby or that I'm driving to (I live in the city now and rarely drive places, so the UBV will be my car for a while).
So if you have room to store it for a while, and it's a nice stroller that you would want anyway, that sounds like a good deal. But I don't think you will use it for probably a year, depending on your lifestyle (city/suburb, walking/driving)

Definitely planning on getting an UBV for our LO. Wondering I I should get a smaller umbrella stroller as well - I ask because our local Zellers is having a going out of business sale with a $80 stroller on for $20. Should I snab one or will I always just want to use the UBV?
