<description>&#60;p&#62;We tipped our priest $100 for each kids' baptism; we just handed him a card with cash in it after the baptism.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Are you parishoners at the church you're doing the baptism?  If not, I would tip the priest on top of the donation.  Usually the donation goes to the church and the priest usually doesn't get to keep any of it.  Only a tip would go directly to the priest.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We're thinking about baptizing DD when we visit my mom so that my grandma can witness it. It's a little tricky to have it done at church so we're looking into the possibility of having her baptized at home. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In this situation, am I supposed to tip the priest? One in particular is requesting for a $150 donation for his services. Do I add-on to the donation? If so, how much? &#60;/p&#62;
