But in my case, it's REAL. Always at night. DH hears it too! I keep thinking it must be air in the ducts (our apartment is in an old converted factory), because we both hear it (often at the same time), but it's his exact pitch and tone. I keep the volume on the monitor turned about halfway up so I can reassure myself that if it was actually him I'd hear it through the monitor, but it still wakes me up, constantly. I feel like a crazy person. Even LO is out with daddy, I hear it. Even sometimes in the car when I am driving alone.
