I can see why they may have asked in that situation. We only had a Godfather and no Godmother for him. </p> <p>I've also had the opposite problem:<br /> When I was a nanny of 3 (for 3 summers in a row), people assumed they were my kids all the time (especially the first year when the littlest was 10 months).
