It works over a cellular data plan so it is cheaper for me, since I don't have a text plan and I have unlimited data. It's still a good way to reach me. I'm 27. Everyone I know around my age (20-30) still emails, and they have their email hooked up to their smart phones so it's hard to miss a message by days.</p> <p>I think texting is good for quick communications, but not so good in every situation (longer messages, invitations to parties, ect).
