Sometimes it's a spitting image so can't deny it. It also depends on my relationship with the parents also. If we're not close to them, I just point out features too. We noticed the moment LO was born that he has DH's nose and he was so cocky about it! LO has my ears, and we're started noticing he has my eyes and eyelashes, so he seems to be a pretty even mix of us so far. And who doesn't like hearing that their LO looks a bit like them?</p> <p>I've noticed that this can blow up though. I've seen couples fight over who their kid looks the most like. It's not pretty to watch... so I just never say who I think a baby looks like more. I just call out specific features that they share with their parents, like blue eyes or a small cute nose.</p> <p>Do people tell you that your baby looks like you or your SO? What about you: do you tell other parents who their LO looks like? </p>
