I had to break up taking them, some in the morning, some at lunch. Then of course there were those god awful iron pills. The pills weren't so bad to take but the orange juice that I had to guzzle down with it? Ick. I could stomach the gummy kind occasionally, but no regular pills. I had really bad morning sickness so I switched to a parental gummy that didn't contain any iron. When the morning sickness went away (close to second trimester), I switched back to prenatal vitamin w iron. You should talk to your doctor before you make any changes. My friend's doctor told her to just take Flintstone vitamins (!) because they were better than nothing and her prenatals were really making her sick. I would try switching brands first, personally.
