But when my doctor gives me a requistion for bloodwork, if i am suspecting something, I write in HCG in the other tests area. My doctor always tells me when she checked for pregnancy, and it wasn't every time she took bloodwork. It can't hurt to ask though! Would they have also checked for pregnancy with that blood? What about when they do just regular routine blood work? Do they check for hCG then? Just curious!
