@erwoo: I'm loving the Bobbi brown bb cream too! I think I'm stuck between two colors though. But it's still a decent match and really nice wearing.

I would like to more but my kids just grab everything so I keep it pretty basic unless I am going out sans kids.

I really wish I knew how to do it better. I used to wear earrings a lot, but at my last job, we couldn't wear any jewelry out on the floor so I got out of the habit. Now with a LO who grabs everything I still don't and I don't even wear my wedding rings because I'm afraid I'll scratch LO.

@sunny: Yeah, same here. Plus, it's a time issue for me as well. Most days I just grab my rings and watch and go. I would love to accessorize more if I have time. Nothing crazy since I'm a pretty simple person.

I have no idea how to accessorize :-( I wear my wedding and engagement rings and that is it. I do think accessories really help make you look so stylish but I just don't know where to start!

@Alivoo01: I hear you. I'm pretty busy even with a live-in helper that most days if I don't make an effort to look in my closet and try on different things I also rotate between the same 5 shirts and bottoms. Our helper washes clothes more than I'd like but I am tired of telling her to wait until things pile up a little higher to wash them. Maybe then I won't keep wearing the same clothes all the time. Haha!

@LuLu Mom: Oh, that's a great idea! I do see women wear lightweight scarves that looks really nice. I'm with you on jewelry. Even if my youngest is almost 2 I still feel like his tantrums will rip out any dangling anything around my head.

@T-Mom: Yeah, me too. I do make an effort to have some powder and blush on before I leave the house just so I don't look like someone beat me up in the middle of the night. I don't have even skin tone on my face so really need it! I am loving my BB Cream from Bobbi Brown. It works so well! I don't even use concealers anymore. At least for now. If my oldest keeps waking me up just to watch him pee in the middle of the night until he's a teenager I might need concealer again!

@looch: Lightweight trouser jeans sounds really comfortable. I will have to look that up. I kind of feel like some skinny jeans make my behind looks a little bigger than I'd like.

Nope. With DS's lack of a sleep at night, ain't nobody got time for that. lol

Like you, maybe once the kiddo(s) get older and STTN, I'll consider dressing nicer. I'm stuck in a rotation of like 5 shirts and 5 jeans because I'm still nursing/pumping. L-A-M-E!

Yes I like to accessorize, I think the best thing to do this time of year is a throw on a pretty floral or patterned light weight scarf. I think they make any outfit looks nicer! I stear clear of necklaces due to LO liking to grab them.

I'm just like you! But now that the kids are getting more manageable, I'm actually applying makeup before leaving the house (instead of at my desk) and wearing a little bit of jewelry when I remember. I think you can still look really cute in leggings or stretchy jeans!

I've actually just donated all but one pair of my skinny jeans., it was time, lol. My new best friends are lightweight trouser jeans.

I make the effort when I am working, not on my free time. This weekend, I had on a pair of trouser jeans, a long sleeved tee and a hooded fleece jacket most of the time because it's still cold out!

I don't.

I love those chunky necklaces on other people but when I wear them I think I look so silly - like a kid playing dress up.

I wear a silver necklace and my wedding ring - that's about it!

As a mom of an almost 2 and almost 5 year old boys I find myself hardly wearing any jewelry except my wedding band/engagement ring, a watch, and sometimes these diamond studs my mom gave me. And the only reason I wear these is b/c they are just there and I don't have time to see what will look good with my outfit today. I see a lot of moms who accessorize really nicely. I just can't look that nice. Haha! I think I used to get rashes from wearing costume jewelry which is part of the reason why I haven't worn any in a long time. I usually dress pretty comfortable when I go out, even without my kids. Now that my kids are getting older I have a little bit more time to make myself look presentable. I can't seem to get out of not wearing leggings or skinny jeans with stretch... They are just so darn comfortable! Do you ever feel this way?
