We never eat together. She eats around 6:30 and at least 3 nights a week I don't get home til about that time. I just don't see how it's possible to make and eat dinner before she goes to bed around 7:30. I've thought about pushing her bed time back a bit, but she'd still have to get up at the same time so I can take her to daycare. He has a 6:30pm nap, so I feed him before his nap and then put him down. DH gets home at 7PM. We eat together and by the time we've cleaned up after dinner, he gets up. Works out well! She doesn't sleep until after 8 and I'm starving by then. Of course there are always exceptions.... like the night we adopted our new puppy. It was getting pretty late so we just ran through a drive through on the way home and I fed LO in the car.
