I have NEVER seen winners posted anywhere for any of the HB contests or had anyone post they won, so I feel discouraged and (moreso with other sites who don't post winners clearly) skeptical, and stop entering. I am interested to know how winners are announced here on HB, I like seeing a post saying "this contest is over and _____ is the winner!" so you know how the process is going and can congratulate the winner.
