<description>&#60;p&#62;Ours is locked.  I think mostly because I didn't know you could unlock it.  I live in a new neighborhood with lots of construction, unpaved roads, so I guess it's best to be on locked wheel?

<description>&#60;p&#62;I hate running with the wheel locked.  My pace certainly doesn't require a locked wheel, but I do it anyway because our roads can be kind of bumpy.  If your jogging stroller has a swivel wheel, do you always lock it?
