I wanted matching but DH wanted a simple band and really wanted me to have the wedding bands (I have two) that match my e-ring. His orignal wedding band was a plan white gold band and mine are white gold half eternities. Last year I got him a new band, tungsten and hand spun carbon fiber, since his original band was getting messed up from the gym.
