So I'd get ready for bed and we'd hang out for a bit but then once he settled to sleep I came down and got some stuff done while him and baby were asleep. I used to go to bed first and read until I fell asleep or he came to bed. Especially during pregnancy, I would pass out so early!</p> <p>Now since I am mostly home and my work schedule is so flexible I usually go to bed around midnight and he is passed out by 11ish. Once in a while I'll be up late working on something, and my husband will try to go to bed without me, but it's very hard for him to fall asleep that way. We have a routine we go through together getting ready for bed and getting the dogs rounded up into bed with us, and we turn out the lights together every night. But it comes with some perks, like the fact that he gets Friday's off of work. Wednesdays he doesn't go in until noon, and the other days he starts at 9 or 10.
