I even tell him when it's bedtime...if I didn't he'd probably stay up until 5am playing video games on his computer. The half an hour or so of cuddling in bed talking about the best parts of our day (never the bad parts, only the good--I prefer to go to sleep thinking about good things) is really important to both of us.
