We know to cut our conversations/arguments short, if it turns too political. We've had many 'agree to disagree' endings. :/ We can at least cancel each other out. Although, he wouldn't vote if it weren't for me telling him to go out and vote. Maybe I should let him forget! ;)</p> <p>Our relationship isn't all about politics. We have other reasons on why we married each other. Yeah, I wish we had similar beliefs on politics which is probably why we argue about it. We are both trying to show each other our point of view and hoping to change them. She voted for a write in because she didn't like the candidate, but I was glad I voted the way I did because it was not a landslide election by any means. But in general I think we vote the same. She influences my decisions heavily because she has been involved in politics since she was wee and I trust her judgment.
