I had migraines super badly post-partum, but thankfully didn't have them while ever alone with J. If I had, I would have called my mom. Another time I had the stomach flu and asked my brother to come over and help - and he did :) food poisoning sucks! Had the worst day with morning sickness last week (on a day MIL usually watches DD for a few hours) and I asked her to come back after her haircut. I was miserable. She is so great though. The mom felt awful, especially since she HAD to work late that day. We had a friend relieve me at the very end of the day for around an hour, but other than it was just me.
