J is 14 mo so I'm not sure how he'll do with the tree. We only have a small fake tree so I will probs put it on top of our TV cabinet.</p> <p>I'm not so worried about stuff being broken, more about having to put all the decorations back on a million times a day! He understands the word no but it just causes a tantrum! Will tell her no, when she touches them. She needs to learn they aren't for playing. I put "fun" ornaments at the bottom of the tree so our daughter can play with them. Our cats cause more problems than the kids! LO2 isn't mobile enough to get to the tree yet so maybe next year she will cause trouble. I guess I do tend to put the sentimental ornaments towards the top and the kid friendly ones at the bottom and let LO rearrange those ones. </p> <p>Do you baby proof your Christmas tree? Or does your LO leave it alone for the most part? </p>
