<description>&#60;p&#62;Nope. We have a Tula and a Mai Tai and I wore them in the summer in Atlanta.  The only aspect I found hot was where DD was against my skin/chest. And a mesh carrier isn't going to change that.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have the airflow--it's definitely coolER than some other carriers I've tried, but the hottest part of babywearing is the baby on your skin.  I think for max effect if you are going to be out on a really hot day, I would get one of the mesh carriers AND one of those cool cloth things, and put it between you and baby.
