I almost always power through it trying to squeeze in as much rest time as possible. I'll still go out with my husband, run errands, go shopping, etc. </p> <p>When my husband's sick he still goes to work but pretty much all else stops and he won't get off the couch. He doesn't like coughing and sneezing and being sick in public. Sometimes I think he might be suffering from a touch of hypochondria...but when he's genuinely sick, he's OK. </p> <p>I'm probably worse with my attitude. I don't get sick often and get really grumpy whenever I come down with a cold. I love when my husband takes care of me, so if he's home I let him pamper me. But since being a mom I still have to care for LO no matter what. I got really sick when he was a month old and I pumped so my husband could take the first night feeding for me. I got to sleep 7 hours- it was great.
