But I do try to not put out negative energy -- like one example, I make an effort to never say I "hate" a person. I just feel like that's bad energy and I don't want to put it out there. Before the accident I was so happy and boasted about it on Facebook. Afterwards I didn't feel right posting happy things or putting it out in to the universe that I was really happy. So, currently (knock wood, haha) she is in a good sleep phase where she sleeps past 7. But last week she was either waking up screaming at 2:30 am or up for the day at 5:30. Do you have any superstitions about this? For example, many people here "touch wood" after mentioning something good to negate the effects of tempting fate! </p> <p>I don't believe in fate and neither does DH but this always rings true for us. </p> <p>Last night, I commented that DD's sleep has been really good - she STTN 4/5 nights and went to sleep easily on 2/5 too! That's the best it has ever been! DH said "oh, you've done it now! Why did you say that??". Sure enough, E woke twice last night and the first Tim she woke her nappy had leaked - we had to change her and the whole bed! </p>
