The first is a very popular food truck in the city we previously lived in. They screwed up the order of the orders and we waited two hours (with asking where our food was) while people who came an hour + after us left with food. When we complained the woman running it told me to, "Get over [myself]."....Yeah, never again.</p> <p>The other is a popular crab shack we liked in the same city. We brought a big group three weeks ago when we were down and half the crab buckets came out half frozen and when we brought it up to the waitress she shrugged it off and said it was because the restaurant was big but the kitchen was small. The place has always been the same size but this was the first time we had a problem. I complained to the manager as well who was unsympathetic. I'm sure the waitress was mad she didn't get tipped, but we paid them $250 for frozen crab legs. The worst part was that I did tip him. When we called they were also super rude to us. The guy on the phone even said, "well this is not FAST FOOD, it takes TIME," with a lot of attitude, which was funny because it was Bonchon Chicken, as in chicken that comes in a box. I keep giving them another chance and they keep messing up. Usually it's customer service, but last time I went I found two cardboard circles in my dinner (in the veggie side). I found the first one IN MY MOUTH. They said it was from the packaging of the frozen vegetables. They said they'd take care of me... but we still got a bill for over $20, so I don't know what they took care of. Maybe they gave us a free dessert? I was too angry and disgusted to care. They offered to bring me another dish of what I had ordered but my appetite was gone so I refused. So if I think back to it, we probably paid for that dish. Ugh. </p> <p>NEVER. Now that they have outsourced the ordering process there is zero customer service. We ordered our pizza online and after everything was paid for we got a delivery time of 2 hours!! I was pregnant and starving so we tried to call the local Pizza Hut to change it to pick up to see if that would be faster. Apparently when they are busy they divert all calls somewhere. I'm not sure where that somewhere is because nobody ever answered. I kept trying to call for 1.5 hours before the call was finally routed to the local store and then I found out that our pizza was out for delivery. I was pretty pissed. Just found out they are closing down. There pizza wasn't great anyway. We went with a large group (10 people maybe) about 8 years ago and the place was absolutely dead, so there should have been no issues, in my opinion. But it took like 30 minutes for them to get us our drinks, almost 1.5 hrs to bring our food, and almost every single order was wrong. Then the manager tried to apologize by giving us dessert, then put them on the bill. Then they wanted to argue about the dessert being on the bill. We were literally there for 3.5 hrs. It was insane.
