My cafeteria has an awesome salad bar with spinach, tofu and quinoa (plus all the regular salad-y stuff, too!). It's pay by weight and I normally spend around $3.50. I figure for the time and price of buying all sorts of veggies and assembling salads, the price isn't bad. Way too much. I now bring my lunch everyday and it is so much healthier and cheaper. I cook a big pot of soup on Monday and just pack it for the whole week.
