Some chicken breast recipes are way better using bone-in, so I like to keep those around as well. </p> <p>We make a lot of stock too and if you like chicken salad but are bored of the same type over and over again there are some great options for chicken salad, like adding curry powder, raisins and avocados. I freeze the meat for all sorts of things. Enchiladas, mostly, but it's also great in sauces, soups, etc. My daughter also loves shredded chicken. I usually have chicken shredded in my fridge for lunches or for when dinner is something she doesn't like.
