I didn't change my exercise routine .... but I didn't exercise before so that was pretty easy. I asked my doctor about getting off prescription meds during the tww and she said to live normal life and keep taking my meds until I got the positive pregnancy test.

I go about my normal life during the TWW (except I won't drink any alcohol). It makes me less stressed out.

@redsmarties: That's a good point, I was actually saying to my DH how if it takes a bit for us to get pregnant, the no drinking and less coffee thing is going to get old really fast... I think I will continue my normal routine but not introduce anything more during the TWW.

For the first several TWWs, I cut everything out. I was extremely careful with exercise, stayed totally away from caffeine, and didn't do any heavy lifting. Now, a year later, I've realized that living like that might not be the way to go. I'm still careful, but I don't go overboard.
I think as long as you aren't changing anything in your TWW (picking up some new vigorous exercises, etc) you should be fine.
That's just one opinion though!

I've already cut down to one cup or coffee and no liquor. Should I also be careful about exercise?
