He usually needed it. Once he cut down to one feeding a night, it just depended on the night. We've been using Pampers Cruisers for several months and they've been great for overnight use. He loves diaper changes and he thinks its some kind of game...so NO GAMES at 3am! argh.<br /> We just use overnight diapers in size 2 (a bit big but I make them work). She doesn't poop when she is asleep and sleeps through the night so I let het go. It also depended on the night; when he woke up to eat, how wet was his diaper. </p> <p>I was cloth diapering at the time (not anymore) which made it easy to double up on absorbency! I stopped changing her at night when she stopped pooping during the night... So about 4-5 weeks old. Now I only change it if she poops and wakes herself up.
