Having said that, my SIL HATES that sound and now I'm aware enough not to do it around other people or in quiet environments.</p> <p>Personaly, I loathe gum smacking and cracking. It literaly turns my stomach. I truly can't stand it....so if ice chewing is that bad to other people, I don't want to be the rude person doing it.
