I used to just keep everything in my inbox (20,000+ emails). I never understood what the benefit of archiving was. </p> <p>But then I did a bit of googling and decided to archive EVERYTHING and just keep the emails that need responding/attending to in my inbox. It has been SO helpful keeping me on top of my emails and replies! That's just the beginning. I save every single email I ever send or receive...so I have a few. I think I'm going to delete all old sent and deleted emails over a year old.
