If I have 10 minutes before guests arrive, I will clean the toilet, wipe down the sink area and clean the mirrors. And make sure there's enough toilet paper too. I actually roll up mini hand towels and put them in a wicker basket for guests so that they don't all have to share one hand towel. Husband hates doing the laundry when we have 20 mini towels to wash and fold. I'll also pretty it up a little (nice towels, light some candles in the bathroom, pick some fresh flowers from our mini flower garden).
