It doesn't seem to bother him either. I'd never even thought about it until she mentioned it. I just assumed I had never heard of it because I'm a FTM. Caked may have been a strong word. I'm just not sure how else to describe it. Milk residue? The milk on his tongue never bothered my LO and if I did wipe it off, it'd be back there a few hours later. There shouldn't be SUCH a build up of milk either, such that it looks caked on, I don't think? If it doesn't come off easily, I would be concerned that it could be thrush.
