We did get pizza last night, but so far we've been doing pretty well. We try to mix it up on the weekends- usually we eat very healthy, vegetarian meals, but on the weekends we get out the grill for burgers or make nachos. Friday night, we were at friends' house (so that was one meal we didn't have to worry about). Sat am, I skipped breakfast, Lala and Mr. Jacks had cereal with yogurt, for lunch we made sandwiches, and for dinner we had salad. Today, we all had cereal for breakfast, grilled cheese and salami sandwiches for lunch and we had a BBQ (and friends over) for dinner. It's easier for my LO, and it's less of a hassle for me. I usually prep food for my LO when we're out of the house. But I love going out to eat and not having to make a mess or have to clean up afterwards. Usually we're out and about with the kids most of the day, and eat at least one meal often 2 out. But cooking three meals at home plus staying indoors most of the day has resulted in an obscene amount of cleaning, cooking, and dishes! No wonder eating out is so much easier -- no clean up! How much do you cook/eat out on the weekends?
