I used to do it while watching TV before bed. It was a fun ritual for my husband and me, because I rarely felt the baby during the day if I wasn't concentrating on her. </p> <p>I wish I had kept a written log to show DD! At some point every day I make it a point to focus on LO and see how long it takes to feel 10 kicks or moves. Most nights I'll do this after dinner and can usually get my 10 in less than 20 minutes. One night it took up to 40 minutes. I keep track in my head, meaning if I haven't felt anything in a few hours I sit down and pay attention but nothing beyond that.
