Then I go through the grocery store and CVS circulars and see what's on sale. If something is on sale and I have a coupon, I put the coupon in a separate envelope and that envelope serves as my shopping list. </p> <p>If I have time, I will bring the entire binder to the store because sometimes there are unadvertised sales.</p> <p>For CVS, I only buy if it's on sale + coupon + extra bucks! Do it! Couponing is awesome! The first few weeks you're going to miss a lot of the deals because you won't have a lot of the coupons from previous papers, but you'll get there! I love hip2save.com for deals. She posts the matchups for the week on Saturday so you can see what's coming up. One paper won't really be enough for most great deals though. Maybe ask family or neighbors of they will give you the coupon sections when they're done. I like to keep them whole &amp; write the date on the front so I can easily find the section when I see a deal I want. It'll take a while at first, but you'll get more efficient as you do it. I use the ones in the Sunday paper, coupons.com and if there's something I want (ie feminine products) I go to their website and look to see if they have any coupons on their site. Another great recommendation is to go to target.com and print their coupons. They also allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with a target store coupon. :)) But I suck at cutting them out therefore I don't use them that often.
