I noticed that one of the apples in my bag had a sizable bruise, so I went to put it back. I got down a few aisles before I started tearing up. I told DH that I felt bad for the bruised apple and "he" was probably over there feeling rejected, after the excitement of initially being picked to go home with us. I power walked back to produce and got the bruised apple. DH could not stop laughing.
