I have Lactaid pills but I don't usually bother with them and I just deal with the stomach ache afterwards.</p> <p>I stay away from the fresh fruits and veggies I'm allergic to because it's been a little scary when I ate them and had my first allergic reaction to them... I once ate a salad at CPK that had jicama in it and the entire inside of my mouth swelled and I couldn't talk! My breathing was fine but it really scared me a lot. He's usually pretty careful about timing though. He won't eat them if we're going somewhere like church or he has to work soon. My brother is a little lactose intolerant and he gets the worst stomach issues/farts if he eats ice cream. His wife gets sooooo mad at him when he eats anyway! He ate two donuts and Arby's. He has a very sensitive tummy and can't take eating all of that crap. And he knows it! I'm having a bad headache day, and we can only afford to have one person sick around here at a time!</p> <p>I used to sneak chocolate which I know would give me a migraine, but since LO no chocolate for me. Just not worth it because I have to take care of her. </p>
