Most of DS's clothes are hand me downs and I guess my sister loved red and navy. I don't mind the colors but seriously, not everything has to be either red and navy. I feel like I'm raising a very patriotic boy! But I'm a bigger cheapskate than I am a hater of pink. :P So LO wears a fair amount of pink because SO much girl clothes are pink and I shop clearance/sales only with coupons. And buy used a lot and I never turn away freebies. Do you dress your LO in colors you don't like?
