The only time I drank more than that was when we left her with MIL for NYE. I had 3 drinks early on, and then switched to water. I was stone cold sober by the time I got home, so I didn't pump and dump. So I will have a glass of wine or a beer after E has gone to bed for the night. I've only pumped and dumped once. I was at a festival all day with DH while we had a babysitter and had a few beers while we were there. From what my doctor told me (supported by some VERY LIGHT research online) alcohol metabolizes out of your BM essentially the same way it does out of your blood. I would usually wait until after I fed her to indulge in a beer or some wine, and never more than 1 or 2 glasses.
