I haven't regularly driven a car since high school though, and I'm over 30. I have always lived in big cities with public transit since I was 18 and I've never owned a car. I live in the suburbs, so it's needed. </p> <p>I remember seeing girls from my high school getting taken out of school on their 16th birthdays to go for their DMV test. That is NOT going to fly when LO is old enough!
