It really does help these days though, if we eat with Wagon Jr. It encourages him to start eating a lot faster. I grew up eating dinner with my parents every night, though it was usually in front of the tv. Kind of worked out in terms of timing I guess. Growing up, I NEVER ate breakfast with my family (actually I never ate breakfast period) but we always had dinner together. Plus we have to feed her so its easier to do that before we eat. It was great! Charlie ate really well, and we got to feel like good parents for a few magical minutes. Eating dinner together is really important to me, especially as the kids get older. But I don't know how I'm going to be able to swing that in the long term! I usually work from an office, and it's just so hard to make it home on time. Do you eat at the same time with your LO and SO?
